The BarRestaurant and the hotel rooms of the "Villa Hirzel" are located in a historic building of the city, located directly on the river Rems.

On the one hand, the design concept ties in with the centuries-old tradition of goldsmithing in Schwäbisch Gmünd and, on the other hand, interprets the city slogan
„ ...between heaven and earth... “.

The open gastronomic  area on the ground floor is zoned into three areas by striking, room-designing elements. The quieter dining area, a relaxed intermediate zone for wine tasting and tapas enjoyment, as well as a classic cocktail bar.

The bar also functions as the reception for hotel guests.

The nine guest rooms are located on the three upper floors and have all been individually designed according to their own theme as part of the overall concept.
